Excavator Dredge Pump Attachment. This state of the art dredging system is unique to the market and improves the process for high solids pumping while using the hydraulic power of your existing excavator. The EDDY Pump Excavator Attachment easily pins into your existing bucket linkage and is powered off of the excavators’ auxiliary hydraulics.
Pump and equipment both are built and designed by EDDY Pump. This ensures the perfect fit along with support from the same company. We do not use 3rd party pumps like our competition does.

The pump and cutterhead suction dredge work in conjunction to make this the optimal dredging system for handling compact material, highly viscous materials and pumping high solids. This pumping system can easily pump slurries up to 4500-ft without the need for a booster pump.
For large rocks and distances over 2000-ft, an HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) is recommended for max production. Call for details.

The core of this design is the patented EDDY Pump technology. The design redefines the pumping industry by being the only pump that utilizes the principles of a tornado to create a synchronized eddy current. This pump is not a centrifugal, positive displacement or vortex pump, but instead the most efficient high solids and high specific gravity pump on the market. This translates to the ability to pump higher percent solids of material with less water.

Cutterheads and Accessories for the Excavator Pump Attachment
Standard Cutterhead
Our standard cutterheads are great for breaking up compact material to feed the pump. They usually rotate between 15 to 60 rpm and are equipped with specially designed replaceable cutter teeth around the attachment.
Self-Cleaning Head
As the attachment rotates, a self-cleaning comb device clears the mud or other debris from the head unit, allowing for far less blockage of sticky sludge and mud through the suction intake.
Water Jetting Ring
Break up material and inject water at high pressure to break up and liquify highly condensed solids. Works with standard or self-cleaning cutterhead.
Liner-safe Wheels
The liner-safe wheels allow for safe and protective dredging operations in areas with poly or concrete-lined pits, canals, or other sensitive surfaces.
