Two New Product Introductions. High Head Pump

high-head-pump-iso2

Team EDDY has listened to clients asking for a High Head series using our design.

R&D, modeling and building was done at our California facility.

Basic Overview

The High Head pumps are ideal for applications where a high head of up to 350-ft or 175 psi is needed.  With the Eddy Pump High Head Pump we are now able to meet these difficult applicational needs while pumping high specific gravity, high viscosity, highly abrasive and corrosive slurries with significantly less maintenance expenses than positive displacement pumps.  All of this can be achieved while pumping solids of up to 0.5-in smaller than the intake without any issues.

Material Types to Pump

  • Up to 2500 cp
  • Up to 2.2 sg
  • Acidic below a pH of 3

Ideal industries

  • Cement,
  • Aggregate
  • Mining
  • Chemicals
  • Paper and Pulp
  • Oil and Gas
  • Wastewater, etc

This Build.

The main difference is the compact volute body that is tall and can house a super-sized rotor, this increases our head. The unit pictured also has a self prime option added.

high head eddy pump non clog

New Product Introduction. The 1-inch Pump

1 inch eddy pump non clog technology for high solids

Basic Overview 1-inch

The 1inch pump is the smallest pump we have ever offered. It is a 1.5-inch Suction with 1-inch Discharge. The Specs and Pump curve can be found HERE. Clearance of .75 inch Solids.

Same high solids and high SG pumping properties as the rest of our Slurry Pump line.

Ideal applications includes process and factory applications. Typically we pair this unit with a 5 HP TEFC Server Duty motor or Submersible.  Other power options available, call us with your application information. We can then run a custom pump curve for your project. More details on the product page.
