Buy Back Guarantee Details
1. The customer must use the equipment within two weeks of delivery.
2. Customer must have made the full payment prior to shipment from EPC.
3. Customer must have had an EPC technician startup.
4. Customer must provide a complete report documenting efforts.
5. Customer must have maintained ownership and provide a signature to that effect.
6. Sign agreement for return of ownership to EPC.
7. EPC will pay no more than the purchase price of the equipment excluding any warranties, insurance and other purchases.
8. EPC will accept only one Claim per customer under our guarantee program.
9. Customer must ship the equipment back within one week of EPC buyback approval.
10. Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping, insurance, and customs.
